We offer replacement only within 7 days of delivery.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for replacement:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

A clear photo or video proof must be shared showing the defect or wrong item.
3. Return Shipping

If the mistake is from Posh By Dn (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changes their mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
4. Non-Replaceable Items
For hygiene and safety, some items (like innerwear or customized pieces) are non-returnable.
