Refund & Return Policy

1. Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement only within 7 days of delivery.

  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A clear photo or video proof must be shared showing the defect or wrong item.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from Posh By Dn (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changes their mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Replaceable Items

For hygiene and safety, some items (like innerwear or customized pieces) are non-returnable.
